Q: What was your first memory of each other?

Liv: Meeting up in the one and only DePaul Demon Den, “the steps,” and of course, walking around Lincoln Park at night where I talked about aliens, and found out years later that almost gave Leah the ick!

Leah: I remember sitting on the steps at DePaul and meeting Liv and our friend Bambi, Freshman year at DePaul! I had a crush right then and there, but my first romantic memory is Liv dropping me off at the bus on my way to cosmetology school and giving me a goodbye kiss “because she wanted to” lol

Q: What is your favorite memory of each other?

Liv: Cliche to say, but too many to count. One has to be staying up till all hours talking about everything we learned in our LGBTQ+ studies class.

Leah: Getting snowed into a tiny cabin on Valentine’s Day! There is this cabin we’ve rented a few times in the middle of a woods in Wisconsin, and we woke up on the second day to snow covering halfway up the door. It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced, even though Duckie wouldn’t go poop for two days. 

Q: What song makes you think about your relationship?

Liv: Space & Time

Leah: “In Your Love” by Tyler Childers. One time I cried in the car picturing us walking down to aisle to that song haha 

Q: What's a hill your partner will die on?

Liv: Leah thinks strollers should be banned… I agree

Leah: That the grossest thing to let sit in the kitchen sink is red pasta sauce
